These terms govern your use of ondeplan.com. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site offers
ondeplan.com lets you describe your event and receive a free vision board. You can then unlock an execution plan with a run of show, suggested vendors, décor, budget and shopping list, and optionally ask Onde to handle the sourcing.
Nature of the plan
The board and plan are a creative and planning guide. Price ranges are shown in Colombian pesos (COP) and are indicative, based on market assumptions; they are not a firm quote or a price offer from any specific vendor. Actual costs depend on each vendor, the date, the city and the scope.
Some content is generated with the help of artificial intelligence models and may contain inaccuracies. Verify important details before making decisions.
Payments and deposit
Unlocking the full plan may require a payment. Where that payment is described as a deposit applied to your event if you book with Onde, that condition applies according to the commercial terms Onde confirms at the time of booking. Payment, refund and credit conditions will be detailed in the final version, pending legal review.
Sourcing with Onde
If you ask Onde to handle it, an advisor will review your plan and contact you with curated, bookable venue and vendor options. Requesting options does not by itself create an obligation to hire; any booking is governed by the specific agreement you enter into with Onde.
Intellectual property
The Onde brand, the site design and its content belong to Onde or its licensors. The plan you generate is for your personal use for your event.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Onde is not liable for decisions you make based on the content, nor for the performance of third-party vendors you hire directly.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. We may update them; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
